Welcome to Starbase Mojave!

Near the blazing heart of the galaxy, sits the newly completed Starbase Mojave, a brand new Copernicus-class outpost sitting about as far from home as a starbase can get. Sitting at the doorsteps of the Gamma and Delta Quadrants, it’s the closest thing Starfleet has to a frontier town, looking out over two unknown territories.

On these far flung fringes of known space, space itself is an obstacle. Powerful gravitational anomalies fueled by the nearby core, strange impenetrable nebulas, and planets dotted with the ruins of civilizations long turned to dust.

Mojave serves as a mission hub for explorers, an consolate for diplomats, and a safe harbor for traders on this wild edge of space.

Mojave isn't situated on this distant perch by chance, though. It's location is strategic. Assigned to Mojave is the USS Achilles, a refit Protostar-class vessel built for speed and distance. Equipped with one of the only proto-warp drives in the fleet, Achilles extends Mojave's reach far beyond that of a simple outpost, giving it the ability to reach into the four quadrants of the galaxy. With such a wide reach, Mojave can serve as a both an exploratory vanguard and a rapid response force, responding to emergencies and charting new worlds outside the reach of any other post.

If the fringes of space and the call of the frontier appeal to you, saddle up at Starbase Mojave, where the frontier is endless and trouble is always just a days ride away.

Mission: Memories Among The Stars
Posted on Mon Mar 9th, 2026 @ 6:49am by Lieutenant Commander Emilio Navarro

Lt. Commander Emilio Navarro stood in his office, a place that had become more of a home than just a workspace over time. The room was quiet, and the hum of activity was absent.

He was alone.

Lake, Cortes, and Ansol weren’t around for obvious reasons. The thought of them filled his mind with conflicting emotions. He was angry Ns felt betrayed. But this wasn’t the time for those thoughts. Additionally, although Emilio was angry, he never does look it. He has very neutral facial expressions. Or so they tell him. Today was about moving forward.

He opened a drawer,…

Mission: Episode 1: A New Sheriff in Town
Posted on Fri Mar 6th, 2026 @ 11:55pm by Captain Cassandra Hawk & Lieutenant Elsen Rava

Before the alarm event went off, Cassandra was awake and ready to go. Some amount of Elsen's curiosity and excitement had clearly rubbed off on her because she found herself almost nervous at the chance. An archaeological mission to the ruins of some long forgotten outpost, hovering at the edge of two extreme climates. The fact that she'd volunteered herself to pilot the runabout also had her excited. Flight hours had been increasingly sparse since she'd taken command of a space station. It'd been a known eventuality, but it didn't mean she couldn't work some piloting in when she got…

Mission: Episode 1: A New Sheriff in Town
Posted on Fri Mar 6th, 2026 @ 12:05am by Captain Cassandra Hawk & Lieutenant Sarah Daniels

The shuttle settled into the docking cradle with a muted, inelegant thud. Sarah remained still for a moment longer than required, waiting as the station’s systems asserted themselves. The faint vibration underfoot eased. The stars beyond the viewport stopped their slow drift.

That would do.

When the hatch opened, she stepped forward without hesitation, boots meeting the docking ring with quiet assurance. The air beyond was dry and unmoving — station air — and she accepted it with a subtle easing of her shoulders.

Mojave was already busy. Cargo teams moved past with practiced efficiency. An engineer knelt beside an…

Mission: Episode 1: A New Sheriff in Town
Posted on Wed Feb 18th, 2026 @ 4:41pm by Lieutenant Yesrin Rey

::ON::

~Quarters~

Yesrin rose about zero five hundred and proceeded with her usual morning routine of showering and dressing for the day. Grabbing a scone and black coffee from the replicator she made her way to her desk. Taking a long sip of her favorite morning beverage, Yesrin signed onto her computer and brought up the specs for the Danube II class runabout. Taking a bite of her scone, she started going over the provided data.

Looking over the information she noticed the cruising speed was only warp 4 with the maximum of only warp 6 "Hmm, I know the…

Mission: Episode 1: A New Sheriff in Town
Posted on Wed Feb 11th, 2026 @ 12:33am by Lieutenant Yesrin Rey & Lieutenant Dorian Vox

After checking out a couple of the Runabout support craft, Yesrin decided to take a detour and check in with Sick Bay to see if she could get her boarding physical taken care of; one more thing to check off her to-do list.

Walking into sick bay proper Yesrin stood a moment looking around when she saw a Lieutenant a short ways away "Good Day, you wouldn't by any chance be Doctor Vox would you; I'm in need of a boarding physical since I'm new on Mojave" she inquired with a cheerful smile.

Vox was talking to one of the…
